Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Type: Part-time (growing to full-time)
Location: Schuylkill County
What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
  • Design and oversee individualized, child-led ABA programs
  • Provide direct therapy and skill-building support
  • Collaborate closely with families as equal partners
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BHT-ABAs
  • Consult with schools and community providers
  • Provide parent coaching and training
 What You Bring:
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Current PA LBS certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • Commitment to child-led, neuroaffirming practice
  • Respect for neurodiversity and autistic voices
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for ethical practice
  • Willingness to practice in home, school, and community settings
 Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with AAC and alternative communication methods
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or others)
  • Experience with early intervention and transition planning
  • Background in trauma-informed care

Behavior Consultant - ABA (BC-ABA)

Type: Part-time (growing to full-time)
Location: Schuylkill County

What You’ll Do:

Behavior Health Technician
​​​​​​​(BHT-ABA)

Type: Part-time with potential for full-time
Location: Schuylkill County
Schedule: Flexible, primarily after-school and weekend hours

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement child-led ABA programs under BCBA/BC-ABA supervision
  • Provide direct therapy in home, and community settings
  • Follow the child’s lead and build skills through play and natural activities
  • Collect data and document progress
  • Collaborate with families and team members
  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA/BC-ABA

What You Bring:

  • Current completion of a 40 hour RBT course 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Commitment to respectful, neuroaffirming practice
  • Patience, creativity, and genuine care for kids
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
